Heaney’s forthcoming solo exhibition Shadowscapes: Heaney, JMW Turner and Quantum has received funding from Arts Council England for two new interactive quantum-digital works and to support working class young people engage with quantum science and art.

Heaney’s quantum video artwork Quantum Climates (2025) is in Sotheby’s Contemporary Discoveries auction. The auction will take place online 8 – 15 July and features artists such as Ai Weiwei, Keith Haring and Louise Bourgeiose among more emerging names.
